WARMER WEATHER

We have had some warmer weather the last few days although we are again forecast rain for tonight.

This has mean't that some dinners have been changed for salad rather than the cooked veggie.

This does not cause too many problems as we are still using the main components which I have purchased, once we are into alot of warmer days then I will change my menu plans a bit as we will be eating alot more salads and not many hot veggie meals.

Thomas' football team have now finished all their games and have finished 2nd in the league out of 12 teams; this means that the team will go to a presentation night in Newark in a couple of weeks time.

Both boys are doing a charity sponsored funrun on Sunday this is 3 miles long and they are running for sponsorship for Cancer Research UK. Thomas did this last year and completed the run in just over 20 minutes, this year David has also asked to do it, so Thomas' time will probably be slower as he will run at David's pace to give him support.
